摘    要:文中针对电子设备结构设计与性能仿真过程中存在的建模效率低、仿真模型的精度低、仿真知识的积累和重用不够等问题,研发了基于商业仿真软件的复杂电子设备仿真模型自动构建平台。该平台采用仿真特征识别与简化、印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board, PCB)模型自动构建和元器件库集成管理技术,实现CAD/CAE 仿真模型的自动构建。最后通过典型电子设备进行了动力学与散热分析应用验证。结果表明,该平台可以显著提高复杂电子设备仿真模型的建模效率、建模准确度和仿真精度。

Abstract:In the structural design and performance simulation of electronic equipment, there are some problems, such as low efficiency of modeling, low accuracy of simulation model, insufficient accumulation and reuse of simulation knowledge etc. An automatic building platform for simulation model is developed based on the commercial simulation software. By feature recognition and simplification, technology of automatic model building and component database integrated management of printed circuit board, etc., this platform has realized automatic modeling of CAD/CAE simulation model. Dynamics and heat dissipation analysis for typical electronic equipment are carried out for verification. The results show that the platform can obviously improve the modeling efficiency and correctness and simulation accuracy of the simulation model for complex electronic equipment.
