三河口水利枢纽厂房联合布置

摘    要:根据工程供水、调蓄和发电的任务要求,三河口水利枢纽厂房需要装配水泵水轮机、常规水轮机和减压调流阀,分别修建泵站、电站与供水阀室三个建筑物的分离方案布置难度较大、工程量大、投资高,而且分离方案泵站运行时间短,泵站设备长期属于待运行状态,维护管理费用高。为了将其合理地布置于厂房内,针对机组及减压调流阀的选型进行了研究,同时对本工程的运行特点以及水泵水轮机在本工程中的使用条件进行了分析,最终选取了将水泵水轮机机组、常规机组、供水阀布置于一个厂房的方案。此方案具有减少工程投资、提高机组效率、方便运行管理、提高调水灵活性等特点,可以为类似工程参考。

Abstract:In accordance with requirements from the tasks of water supply,water regulation and storage and power generation,the powerhouse of Sanhekou Water Control Project is necessary to be assembled with reversible pump-turbine,conventional hydraulic turbine and pressure/flow regulating valve. In order to reasonably place them in the powerhouse,the scheme of placing the reversible pump-turbine,the conventional hydraulic turbine and the water supply valve in one powerhouse is selected through the study made on the type selection of the turbine units and the pressure/flow regulating valve as well as the analysis made on the operation characteristics of this project and the operation condition of the reversible pump-turbine. This scheme has the characteristics of reduced project investment,enhanced efficiency of the turbine unit,convenient operation and management,increased flexibility of water transfer,etc.,thus can provide references for the similar projects concerned.
