网状表面织构对水润滑轴承摩擦磨损性能的影响

摘    要:为研究网状表面织构对水润滑轴承摩擦性能的影响,利用ANSYS对布置有不同密度和深度的轴承模型进行流固耦合仿真,研究不同网纹条件下水膜的承载能力;使用3D打印技术制备不同深度与密度的网状纹理的试样,使用CBZ-1摩擦磨损试验机进行摩擦试验并实时采集摩擦因数,利用表面轮廓仪对试样磨损表面的形貌进行观测。仿真结果表明:在忽略空蚀的条件下,同一转速下水膜承载能力基本随着网纹深度的增加先增大后减小。试验结果表明:合适的网状纹理表面织构能够有效改善水润滑轴承的润滑条件,进而提升轴承摩擦磨损性能;在试验低速条件下间隔5 mm、深1.5 mm的网纹织构能够有效促进摩擦表面形成润滑水膜,从而大幅改善摩擦表面的润滑条件,降低约22%的摩擦因数和约38%的磨损量,同时高速工况下该网纹织构仍可降低磨损量。

Abstract:Water-lubricated bearing can effectively relieve the marine pollution caused by the leakage of lubricating oil from the tail shaft of the ship.In order to study the effect of surface mesh texture on the friction properties of water-lubricated tail bearing.The fluid-solid coupling simulation of bearing models with different densities and depths was carried out by ANSYS.The bearing capacity of water film under different mesh conditions was studied.Based on the simulation results,3D printing technology was applied to prepare the mesh textured samples with different depth and density.The friction test was carried out using the CBZ-1 friction and wear tester,and the real time data of friction coefficient was collected .The worn surface topographies ofsamples were observed by surface profilometer.The simulation results show that under the condition of neglecting cavitation erosion,the water film carrying capacity is basically increased first and then decreased with the increase of the texture depth under the same speed condition.The testresults show that the appropriate mesh texture can effectively improve the lubrication condition of water-lubricated bearing,and then improve the friction and wear performance of the bearing.The mesh with a spacing of 5 mm and a depth of 1.5 mm can effectively promote the formation of the lubricating water film on the friction surface under the low speed condition,thereby greatly improving the lubrication condition of the friction surface,reducing the friction coefficient of about 22% and the wear of about 38%.Meanwhile,that mesh texture can still reduce thewear losses under the tested condition of high rotational speed
