摘 要: | 针对传统机器人学习离线、任务特定、无法在学习过程中扩展智能,且实时性、适应性差等问题,借鉴认知机器人、神经生物学、认知科学等思想,提出一种仿人脑多巴胺调控机制的机器人视觉自发育学习算法,模拟人脑海马与前额叶神经回路,用多巴胺调控学习进程,实现仿人类的视觉学习能力。实验结果表明:该算法能有效地实现视觉图像的自发育学习,能完成非特定任务,且识别率高,实时性好,适应性强。

Study on Robotic Visual Self development Learning Algorithm Mimicing the Dopamine Regulation Mechanism of Human Brain |

Abstract: | Aimed at the problem of traditional robots learning offline, task specific, inability to expand intelligence in the learning process, poor real time performance and adaptability, based on the ideas of cognitive robot, neurobiology, and cognitive science, a robot visual self development learning algorithm was proposed mimicing the dopamine regulation mechanism of the human brain. The hippocampus and prefrontal neural circuits of human brain were simulated, and the learning process was regulated by using dopamine to realize the visual learning ability mimicing human. The experimental results show that using the algorithm, self development learning of visual images can be effectively realized and non specific tasks can be completed. It has the characteristics of high recognition rate, good real time performance and strong adaptability. |
