| 摘 要： | 计算了螺棱间隙与熔体在熔体输送区停留时间分布的关系。分析表明：螺棱间隙不仅影响停留时间的量值而且影响其分布，并且这些影响可反映到一个由螺棱间隙几何参数和螺杆几何参数构成的无量纲数的影响中。

| Abstract: | The relationships between the flight gap and the residence time distribution of the melt in the melt conveyingsection were calculated and analysed.It was shown that the flight gap exerts influence on both magnitude anddistribution of the residence time,and this influence can be represented by that of a dimensionless parametergroup consisting of the geometric parameters of the flight gap and the screw. |
