摘    要:在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上进行热-力模拟试验,得到实验数据并分析试样的热塑性、变形抗力,并利用金相显微镜对其进行金相组织的分析。在950~1 200℃温度区间进行高温拉伸试验,绘制出样品的热塑性曲线与热强度曲线,通过热塑性曲线说明在950~1 200℃范围内具有良好的塑性,通过热强度曲线可以观察到屈服强度随温度的升高而降低;在变形温度为950~1 200℃,应变速率为0.1,1,5和10 s-1时进行高温压缩试验,绘制出真应力-应变曲线和变形抗力曲线,结果显示,变形抗力随应变量的增大而迅速达到最大值,而后趋于平缓,随着温度的升高,变形抗力呈下降的趋势。

Abstract:Hot-force simulation test is fulfiled through the Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation test enginery, then thermoplastic and deformation resistance are obtained. To analyze the microscope metallographic organization by microscope optical.High-temperature tensile test is fulfilled under the temprature 950 ℃ to 1 200℃,we can obtain thermoplastic curve and hot strength curve . It is considered of the good plastic in the scope of 950℃1 200 ℃. We can see yield strength with temperature rise reduced through hot strength curve. High temperature compression test is conducted under the conditions of that the train rates from0.1 s-1 to 5 s-1 and the range of deformation temperature was from 950℃ to 1 200℃ ,we can obtain true stress-strain curve, deformation resistance curve. With the increase of variable, deformation resistance will be quickly achieve maximum, and then tend to be gentle. With the rise of temperature, the deformation resistance fall.
