句法象似性在英语语法教学中的实证研究

摘    要:自古以来,人们不断探索着语言的本质并围绕语言的任意性和象似性展开讨论。语言的象似性指明了词语与世界上事物及所表达的意义之间的联系。这种理据性被越来越多的学者认可,并致力于这方面的应用性研究。本文概述了象似性理论在句法层面的原理及应用,并通过实验来证明该理论在英语语法教学上的实用价值。

Abstract:Throughout the history,people have been exploring the nature of language and such issues as arbitrariness and iconicity.Language iconicity demonstrates the relationship between words and objects in the world and the significance they convey.Such motivation is acknowledged by more and more scholars,who are dedicated to the research.This paper reviews the theory of iconicity and its application on the syntactic level and proves its practical value in the English grammar teaching through experiments.
