摘    要:加强实践教学,培养大学生的工程实践能力和创新精神是提高本科教学质量的重要目标。针对高等教育教学实践环节存在的问题,通过对本校轻化工程专业实践教学现状的分析,我们构建了具有轻化工程特色的实践创新体系,从师资队伍建设、专业课程体系改革、科研设施开放和校企合作促进校外实习等方面进行了详细探讨。该体系的构建对工科大学生工程实践能力和创新意识的培养具有积极意义,为培养社会经济发展急需的应用型高级专门人才提供了思路和借鉴。

Abstract:The goal of the higher education is to train the undergraduates with practical ability and creativity.By analyzing the problems existed in the teaching and practice teaching,a new characteristic system,which ranges from the qualification of teaching force,reform in professional courses,the using of research facilities and cooperation between schools and enterprises,has been constructed.The system is of great significance in raising the students' practice ability and innovation ability.It is also a good example for those who wish to train top specialized personnel for urgent needs of the society.
