摘    要:分析了SWRCH35K在连铸坯成分偏析一定的条件下,盘条控冷过程中带状组织的形成原因。通过控制轧制的钢坯加热、过程温度和风冷线控冷,使带状组织等级从4级降低到2级以下,从而使盘条力学性能得到改善。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the process causes of strip-shape structure about the wire rod that is controlled cooling process in the compositional segregation of continuous casting billet under certain conditions. By controlling the heating way of the billet and process temperature and the stelmor processing, makes the strip-shape structure ranks from 4 down to 2 or less. At last, the mechanical properties of the wire rod are improved.
