摘    要:为研究1 500m深水环境下的焊接工艺技术,需要对高压焊接试验舱进行模拟试验。基于MCGS组态技术和PLC控制技术设计了高压焊接试验舱测控系统,实现对试验舱的操舱控制和试验参数的实时采集、监控和处理。模拟实验表明,该系统稳定可靠,操作方便,能够较好的适应试验要求,同时具有良好的可扩展性。

Abstract:To study the process and technique of dry hyperbaric welding under 1 500 m water depths,a hyperbaric welding test chamber need to be designed for simulated test.A measurement and control system based on MCGS configuration technique and PLC control technique was designed,which achieved the control of test-chamber's functioning and the real-time collection,monitoring and processing of test data.Simulated tests indicate that the system is reliable,easily-operating,which meets the test requirements and can be generalized well.
