摘    要:随着科技的进步和社会的发展以及高校扩招导致的师生比下降,以往"教师作为传授知识解答疑惑的人"的角色已经不能完全满足人才培养的需要。在课堂教学中,高校教师除了扮演好"师者"外,还要扮演引导者、管理者、监控者、促进者和示范者的角色。

Abstract:With the progress of science, the development of the society and the increased enrollment, the faculty-student ratio was decreased. The previous teachers' role was a person who teaches knowledge and resolves problems, which is far more than enough to meet the demands of talents' training now. College teachers should act not only as a teacher but also as a guide, a manager, a supervisor, a facilitator and a fugleman in classroom teaching. Therefore, college teachers should try hard to raise their standard and perfect their integrity. In this way, they can master the key point and know what they should do when teaching in order to train excellent talents for the society.
