The previous teachers＇ role was a person who teaches knowledge and resolves problems, which is far more than enough to meet the demands of talents＇ training now. College teachers should act not only as a teacher but also as a guide, a manager, a supervisor, a facilitator and a fugleman in classroom teaching. Therefore, college teachers should try hard to raise their standard and perfect their integrity.
