摘    要:以啤酒厂废水处理过程中的活性污泥为研究对象,采用Box-Behnken设计及响应面法对EPS的提取条件进行优化,得到最优EPS的提取条件为pH值7.1,温度57℃,超声时间3min左右,超声波功率37W.在最优条件下,EPS的实际提取量为153.446mg/g VSS.

Abstract:The purpose was to determine the extraction conditions of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) from activated sludge of beer wastewater treatment.Box-Behnken design and response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions of EPS.The results of the study by response surface analysis showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:pH was 7.1,temperature was 57 ℃,ultrasonic frequency was 37 W and ultrasonic time was 3 min.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction amount of EPS was 153.446mg/g VSS.
