模糊自适应PID控制器在无刷直流电机控制系统中的应用研究

摘    要:对于具有多变量、时变性、非线性、强耦合等特性的无刷直流电机(BLDCM)控制系统,传统的PID控制很难实现良好的控制效果.基于无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的数学模型,提出一种基于模糊自适应PID控制的速度控制方案.该算法根据电机转速变化,采用模糊控制原理对PID的参数进行在线整定,实现优化控制.仿真结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制具有转速响应快,超调量小等优点,使系统对扰动和参数变化都具有较强的鲁棒性,控制效果优于传统的PID控制.

Abstract:Since the characteristics of Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM) Control System are multivariable,time-variable,non-linear,strong-coupling,the traditional PID control does not to meet the control request.Based on the mathematical model of BLDCM,this paper proposes the solution about speed control based on Fuzzy Adaptive PID Controller.In light of the rotating speed variation of motor,this algorithm uses fuzzy control principle in order to make on-line setting of the parameter of PID,to realize optimal control.Simulation results prove that Fuzzy Adaptive PID Controller has advantages of rapid response of rotating speed and non-overshoot,and the system has strong robustness to disturbance and parameter variation,the control effect is better than the traditional PID control.
