硫化矿浮选体系中滑石的可浮性研究

摘    要:文章通过浮选试验、接触角测量等研究了硫化矿浮选体系中滑石的可浮性。研究结果表明:滑石具有不受pH影响的天然可浮性,硫化矿浮选体系中戊基钾黄药(PAX)和金属离子不会影响滑石的可浮性;滑石层面接触角约为69°,端面接触角低于层面,约小10°,弱碱性条件下PAX和金属离子不会影响滑石的表面润湿性;弱碱性硫化矿浮选体系中滑石具有良好的可浮性。

Abstract:Talc flotability in the system of sulfide minerals flotation was studied through flotation tests and contact angle measurement.Results show that talc has natural floatability which not affected by pH value.In the system of sulfide minerals flotation,potassium amyl xanthate(PAX)and metal ions would not change the good floatability of talc.Contact angle of talc on lay face is about 69°,that on edge face about 10° lower than lay face.In the alkaline condition,PAX and metal ions could not influence the surface wettability of talc and talc still has good floatability in the sulfide minerals flotation system.
