摘    要:研究了高强度Cu-Ni-Si系代表性合金C70250铜合金带材的制备及热处理对组织和性能的影响,研究结果表明:C70250铜合金具有很好的固溶软化效果以及很好的时效强化性能,该合金的最佳时效温度为390~410℃,保温1~2 h,可获最佳的强化效果,抗拉强度可以达到728.8MPa,强化后的导电率可以达到36.37%。导电率随着强化效果的增加而降低,但可以通过调整时效热处理工艺获得强度和导电率的最佳匹配。

Abstract:This paper studies the preparation and influence of heat treatment on the structure and properties of C70250 copper alloy of high strength Cu-Ni-Si alloy.The results show:the C70250 alloy has good solution treatment soften effect and good aging treatment to enhance strength;the best aging temperature of the alloy is 390~410 ℃,keeping this temperature for 1~2 hours,the alloy can get to the best stength;the Rm attain 728.8 MPa;the conduct electricity rate can attain 36.37%.The conduct electricity rate reduces with the strength increasing,but it can get the best match of strength and conduct electricity by adjusting the aging treatment process.
