日语学习过程中的焦虑研究及对策——以宁波工程学院为例

摘    要:本文采用因子分析法研究了日语专业大学生学习日语过程中产生的焦虑状况。结果表明,日语学习焦虑主要由"对上课内容过快过多的焦虑"、"对自己口语能力不足的焦虑"、"对来自他人评价的焦虑"三个因子构成。女生在这三个因子上的焦虑程度均高于男生,二年级学生比其他年级学生对上课内容过快过多更感到焦虑。

Abstract:This paper adopts the factor analysis to explore the anxiety the Japanese majors experience in learning Japanese.The results show that the anxiety arising in learning Japanese consists of three factors,i.e.,anxiety due to the teaching content being too overloaded and running too fast,anxiety due to oral incompetence and anxiety stemming from the other-evaluation.Girls' anxiety is found higher than boys' in all three factors,and sophomores feel more anxious about the fast and overloaded content than students in other grades.
