纤维轴向压缩性能测试及其刺痒感属性判断

摘    要:为探讨纤维材料的轴向压缩性能及其刺痒感属性,改进了测试装置与测试方法,对测试过程中纤维试样与测试头接触条件的转变及对应压缩曲线特征进行分析,提出了应用纤维轴向压缩性能判断其刺痒感属性的方法。结果表明:在进行纤维材料轴向压缩测试时,试样与测试头的接触条件会发生由"点接触"向"线接触"的转变,压缩性能测试应以"点接触"的结束为终结点;以纤维轴向压缩性能为依据判断其刺痒感属性时,纤维端与皮肤的接触条件应为"点接触",且应具有不少于0.2 mm的长度,并能承受不少于0.75 m N的轴向载荷。

Abstract:Different design and method for testing of fiber axial compressing performance were proposed, the changes of contact conditions for fiber sample and the test-head and the corresponding changes in the compression curves during the test were analyzed, termination conditions of the testing process for fiber axial compressing performance testing was discussed, the characterization of performance for the fiber sample after bending deformation and its plasticity were explored, and the methods to determine fiber prickle properties applying fiber axial compressing performance were elaborated according to the prickle mechanism and its feeling attributes.The results showed that the contact condition of fiber sample and the test-head might change from “point contact” to “line contact” along with the bending deformation of the fiber sample during the axial compression test, and the axial compressing performance test should be to end along with the end of the "point contact"stage; when the prickle properties of fibers are judged according to their axial compressing performances, the contact condition between fiber-end and skin should be “point contact”, and the fiber-end should have a length of more than 0.2mm, and can withstand axial load not less than 0.75mN.
