| 摘 要： | 针对大型测试对象,运用虚拟仪器技术建立了基于局域网的多路温度测试系统。设计了温度调理电路,结合Pt100温度传感器和PCI6024E数据采集卡,构建了多路温度测试系统的硬件系统。基于LabVIEW开发了系统软件,实现了多路温度数据采集、数据显示、声光报警、数据保存和查询等功能,采用Datasocket技术以C/S通信模式实现局域网数据交换。多次测试表明系统性能良好,测试精度高,满足测试要求,具有较好的工业应用价值。

| Abstract: | For large test objects,a multi-channel temperature measurement system was created by using virtual instrument technology which based on LAN communication. The temperature conditioning circuitry was designed,combined with PT100 temperature sensors and PCI6024E data acquisition card,a multi-channel temperature measurement system hardware system was built. The system software is based on LabVIEW,It can achieve multi-channel data acquisition,data display,sound and light alarm,data storage and query functions。 DataSocket technology is used to make LAN data exchange by C / S mode of communication. Many experiments and field operation show that the system has a perfect performance and high measurement accuracy,It meet the measurement requirements and has a good industrial application value. |
