组合封隔器分压管柱使用条件分析

针对现场应用较多的封隔器分层压裂管柱存在的问题,提出一种适合长庆气田低产气井的分层改造管柱。该管柱采用Y344＋Y241型组合封隔器,且下封隔器不带水力锚,既增加了压裂管柱的施工可靠性,又可以提高管柱的压后起出成功率,可以满足气田低产气井开发的需要。

Condition Analysis of Separate Layer Fracturing String Assembles Two Types of Packers

In Changqing gas field,the gas reservoir has the following typical characters： low-porosity,low permeability,low pressure and multilayer.What＇s more serious,Most of gas wells cannot still come up to the economic limit output after one of layers has been fractured.So it is necessary to develop a new string for separate layer treatment.At the beginning,the separate fracturing string with packers has been chosen and has achieved great success.However,many problems are found.Based on preceding results and a serious research,another new kind of string has been developed which assembles two types of packers and one hydraulic anchor.The new string is not only reliable for operating but also retrievable.Request of developing gas stringer is satisfied.
