摘    要:采用非晶态多核配合的方法在800℃制备出La0.85K0.15MnO3纳米颗粒,用XRD、HRTEM和PPMS等手段对纳米颗粒的微观结构和磁性能进行研究。XRD和ED分析表明,所有样品都具有单相钙钛矿结构;样品的M-T曲线研究结果表明,La0.85K0.15MnO3纳米颗粒的居里温度TC为242.65 K。

Abstract:The nanosized particles of La0.85K0.15MnO3 perovskite-type oxides was sucessfully synthesized at relatively low calcinated temperature(800℃) for 10 h using amorphous heteronuclear complexing method.The microstructure of nanoparticles were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and high resolution transmission electronmicroscopy(HRTEM) and the magnetic properties were investigated by physical property measurement system(PPMS).The X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electron diffraction(ED) reveal that the resulting product is of pure single-phase rhombohedral structure.The Curie temperature(TC) of La0.85K0.15MnO3 polycrystalline nanoparticles was determined by M-T curves,and the Curie temperature TC is about 242.65 K.
