1 000 MW超超临界机组瓦振动分析及处理

摘    要:浙江北仑第三发电有限公司1 000 MW超超临界机组7号机4号瓦在运行过程中出现瓦振超标的故障,经检查发现引起振动的根本原因是轴瓦支承垫块的球面与轴承支架圆柱面接触不良。介绍了瓦振故障及其特征,针对故障原因及现场实际,提出了改进措施,有效解决了瓦振问题。

Abstract:The vibration fault of No.4 bearing appeared in the operation of unit No.7 in ZheJiang Beilun No.3 Power Plant,and the basic reasons are subject to poor contact between the bearing supporting plate spherical surface and bearing support cylindrical shell.The phenomena and characters of this fault are introduced.According to the fault reason and the field condition,the improved measures are put forward to solve the bearing vibration problem.
