摘    要:酞菁类化合物由于自身的各种特性在众多领域得到了广泛的应用 ,成为功能材料研究领域中的热点之一。在本文中 ,我们主要研究了真空沉积法制备的两种金属酞菁类材料PbPc与VOPc的单成分膜和复合膜的性质 ,并对其进行了紫外 可见吸收光谱和X光电子能谱的测试 ,发现两者之间的复合并不是简单的叠加 ,两种材料分子之间发生了相互作用

Abstract:Phthalocyanines and metallo\|phthalocyanines have been extensively used in many fields due to their special properties,and they have also been an attractive focus in the field of functional materials.In this paper,we mainly studied the properties of composite film of lead phthalocyanine and vanadyl phthalocyanine.The films were prepared by the vacuum co\|deposition method.Through the UV\|VIS absorption spectrum and the x\|ray photoelectron spectrum(XPS) of the samples,some new phenomena have been found,which shows that there is interaction between the two materials molecules.
