Si对高强度高韧性贝氏体钢冲击磨损性能的影响

摘    要:研究了碳含量(质量分数,下同)为0.25%,含Si量分别为0.34%和1.45%的两种高强度贝氏体钢的冲击磨损行为。结果表明,在冲击磨损试验条件下,含1.45%Si贝氏体钢表现出较为强烈的加工硬化特性,经冲击磨损试验后表面更为粗糙,其抗冲击磨损性能低于含0.34%Si贝氏体钢。经约2700次冲击磨损试验后,前者的磨损失重比后者的约高50%。

Abstract:The impact wear behavior of two high tensile strength bainitic steels with carbon content of 0 25% and silicon content of 0 34% and 1.45%,respectively,has been investigated.The results show that 1.45%Si bainitic steel has severe work hardenability and exhibits lower resistance to impact wear than 0.34%Si bainitic steel,and its tested surface appears rougher than that of 0.34%Si bainitic steel.The wear loss of the former is 50% higher than that of the latter after about 2700 impacts.
