| 摘 要： | 本文以造型独特的厦门地标性建筑———212m的厦门会展北片区监管大厦工程为背景,运用德尔菲法对项目施工过程的风险进行识别和分析,找出项目潜在的风险因素,制定出风险应对措施,使项目实施过程中的风险得到有效控制,如期实现项目目标。

| Abstract: | This paper takes the 212-meter-high supervision building in the northern area of Xiamen convention and exhibition center for example.We previously identify the risk in the procession of the project to find out the potential risk factors using Delphi technique,and make countermeasures to risks.With the processing of construction,the countermeasures will be taken in the project to control the risks successfully and the aim of project is achieved in time. |
