| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的高速发展,城市规模不断扩大,很多城市均在发展地下轨道交通系统,本文详细阐述地铁车辆段上盖物业设计中,如何有效解决车辆段上盖物业的交通组织、建筑消防、噪音防控等三个主要问题。为今后车辆段及其上盖物业开发的设计方案提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the high speed development of Chinese economy,the scale of cities is expanding,more and more cities are developing the underground orbit traffic.This paper elaborates that on design of the upper property of vehicle section,how to solve the traffic organization,building fire protection and noise control effectively.It provided reference for the design of the vehicles and property development in the future. |
