| Abstract: | A new spillway of Huangbizhuang reservoir has a base plate located in weathered rock, it has used a large field shear （broken） test to determine the shear indicators of highly weathered rock f＇ and c＇ value, which provides important design parameters for constructions stability checking computation. |
