摘    要:钻井速度的加快、勘探难度的加大对气测录井仪的智能化、自动化、稳定性、检测精度等提出了更高的要求。为适应这一需要,在简介中国电子科技集团第二十二研究所开发研制的SQZ500型智能气测仪的总体设计结构及分析流程的基础上,重点阐述了软硬件结构设计组成、功能和技术优势。与传统气测仪相比,该智能化气测仪智能化、自动化、稳定性、检测精度等有了明显的提高,其突出特点是全烃、烃组分及非烃检测实现模块化设计,色谱分析状态实现在线监测和烃组分含量分析采用小波算法。现场试验应用表明,该气测仪稳定性、可靠性好,精度高,可满足目前勘探开发条件下对气测录井的要求。

Abstract:The speeding up of drilling and enlarging of exploration difficulty have provided a higher demand on the intelligence,automation,stability and detection accuracy of gas logging instruments.In order to meet these needs and on the basis of briefly introducing the overall design of the structure and analysis processes of SQZ-500 intelligent gas logging instrument developed by No.22 Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation,the paper described the focuses of hardware and software structure design,functions and technical advantages.Compared with traditional gas logging instruments,the intelligence,automation,stability and detection accuracy of SQZ-500 have been significantly improved,its prominent feature is that the modular design is realized for total hydrocarbon,hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon detection,the chromatographic analysis state is realized online monitoring and hydrocarbon content analysis can use wavelet algorithm.The field test applications showed that its stability and reliability are good,and its precision is high,which can meet the requirements for gas logging under the current exploration and development conditions.
