500kV单相电力变压器的振动与噪声波形分析

摘    要:监测电力变压器的振动与噪声特性是及时发现电力变压器故障隐患的重要手段之一。为此,设计了500kV单相电力变压器振动与噪声的同步在线监测方案,通过振动与噪声传感器及相应的数据采集和分析系统实现了对广东惠州500kV变电站单相电力变压器的振动与噪声的实时监测,并监测得到了500kV单相电力变压器几个典型位置的振动与噪声的时域波形数据。分析结果表明500kV单相电力变压器振动与噪声信号的频率范围为100~1000Hz且在200~500Hz范围内表现最为明显,同时由电力变压器振动与噪声同步变化的特点确定了其振动与噪声之间的关联性,验证了电力变压器振动与噪声同步在线监测的可行性。

Abstract:In order to understand the characteristic of single phase 500 kV transformer's vibration and sound and the relationship between them,a new on-line monitoring plan of the vibration and sound was designed with the simultaneous use of both qualified vibration and sound sensors.The experiment was operated in Huizhou 500 kV substation and the #3 500 kV single-phase power transformer was selected as our experimental object.The vibration sensors were put onto different typical positions and one sound sensor was set on one side of the transformer with the sampling frequency of 12.8 kHz.The acquirement of the experiment includes not only the steady and clear vibration and sound waveform of the monitoring positions but also the spectra scope from 0 to 6 kHz.The spectrum analysis shows the frequency of the vibration and sound mostly convergences from 100~500 Hz and it nearly disappears at the frequency higher than 1 kHz.In conclusion,with the help of the vibration and sound sensors and the related hardware and software,the function situation of the transformer can be determined by the peak value of the waveform and the distribution of spectra.The results provide a valuable reference to the on-line vibration and sound monitoring system of transformers.
