| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了石油套管偏梯形螺纹的特点及开发制造过程中出现的问题,并针对各种问题的出现提出了行之有效的解决方法.经过工艺改进和螺纹参数的控制,使得石油套管偏梯形螺纹研制成功,填补了包钢20多年来不能生产偏梯形螺纹套管的空白.

| Abstract: | This paper mainly presents the features of buttress thread of the petroleum easing and problems which occurred during the research and the development. Solutions to the various problems are brought forward. Buttress thread of the casing is successfully developed through optimizing process. It ended the history that Baotou Steel Corp. could not produce buttress thread of casing over 20 years. |
