摘    要:针对某类型汽车发动机冷却水泵功率大,效率低等缺点,基于离心泵设计与计算流体力学(CFD)理论,提出了一种新型半闭式摆线型水泵叶轮设计方法,建立了水泵压力-速度耦合流体力学模型,结合实验对新、旧水泵流量、功率、效率等特性进行了分析,结果表明新水泵在功率上有大幅降低,效率得到提高。

Abstract:In view of the disadvantages of relatively higher power and lower efficiency for a type of automotive engine cooling water pump, a new design method which aiming at semi-closed-cycloidal type impeller is put forward based on the theory of centrifugal pump and computational fluid dynamics(CFD). The pump pressure-velocity coupling hydrodynamic model is also accomplished. Combining with test, the flow, efficiency and power of the new impeller and the previous impeller are analyzed. The final results indicate that power of the new impeller is reduced significantly and its efficiency is improved as well.
