弹性支承的悬臂转子临界转速计算分析

摘    要:临界转速是各类高速旋转机械一个重要参数,以弹性支承的悬臂转子为研究对象,分别采用传统公式法和基于有限元ANSYS软件对其求临界转速,再利用转子动力学专业软件SAMCEF进行分析该转子的临界转速,把三种方法求得的数值进行分析比较,结果表明转子动力学专业软件SAMCEF对转子临界转速的计算准确性更高,计算更为方便,为工程实践计算转子临界转速提供了很好的工具。

Abstract:Critical speed is an important parameter in all kinds of rotating machinery at high speed, taking elastic supporting cantilever rotor as the research object, the traditional formula method and the finite element ANSYS software are adopted to solve critical speed, after using rotor dynamics professional analysis software SAMCEF, critical speed of the rotor is analyzed, the three methods for the numerical analysis of comparison are compared and analyzed, the results show that the rotor dynamic professional software SAMCEF of rotor critical speed calculation accuracy is higher, and is more convenient to calculate, which provide a good tool for engineering practice calculation of rotor critical speed.
