汽车衡承载架结构的有限元分析

摘    要:针对SCS系列汽车衡承载架,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了汽车衡承载架有限元计算模型,进行了静态应力分析,得到承载架在不同工况下的位移及应力分布云图,找出了承载架的危险部位;对承载架进行了模态分析,得到承载架各阶固有频率及固有振型,重点对汽车的固有频率和承载架的固有频率进行对比,得出不同频率下的振动振型,以避免发生共振而提高称重精度。计算分析为汽车衡承载架的改型设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:For the bearing frame of CSC lines of Truck Scale, ANSYS software is used to establish the finite element calcula-tion model of truck scale bearing frame, static stress is analyzed and stress as well as displacement distribution nephogram is obtained in different loading condition, and the dangerous position of bearing frames are found out. According to the modal a- nalysis, the natural frequency and vibration mode of bearing frame are got. By comparing the natural frequency of the ear and the bearing frame, the vibration modes at different frequency are obtained, which can avoid resonance in frame so as to im-prove the accuracy of weighing. Calculation and analysis could provide a reference for retrofit design of truck scale bearing frame.
