摘    要:卧式机械驱动钻井泵是普遍使用的钻井泵,但卧式机械驱动钻井泵易损件较多,影响钻井作业效率。为从根本上提高机械驱动钻井泵易损件寿命,介绍了一种立式机械驱动钻井泵的结构和工作原理。通过对该泵的运动学与动力学分析证实:该泵保留了卧式机械驱动钻井泵的吸排出特性,可显著提高易损件的寿命。且该泵占地面积小,更适合海上钻井作业对设备的要求。对该泵的运动学与动力学分析结果为深入进行立式机械驱动钻井泵研究奠定了一定的理论基础。

Abstract:Horizontal mechanical drive drilling pump is generally used in the drilling pump, but horizontal mechanical drive drilling pump has more vulnerable parts to affect the efficiency of drilling operations. In this article, the structure and working principle of a vertical mechanical drive drilling pump is introduced to fundamentally improve the life of vulnerable parts of the mechanical drive drilling pump. Through analyzing the kinematics and dynamics of the pump, It is confirmed that the pump re- tains suction and eduction characteristics of the horizontal mechanical drive drilling pump, which can significantly improve the life of the vulnerable parts. The pump covers a small area and more suitable for offshore drilling operations to the requirements of the equipment. In this paper,the kinematics and dynamics analysis results lay the theoretical foundation for the research of the vertical mechanical drive drilling pump.
