摘    要:介绍了低比速叶轮轴面投影图最大过流断面面积和叶轮出口宽度的关系,低比速叶轮出口宽度既受到不同算法的影响,也受到叶轮前后盖板尺寸的影响。低比速离心泵叶轮出口宽度影响流道结构设计的合理性,从而影响到低比速离心泵的效率,本文重点讨论了低比速叶轮出口宽度如何在计算的基础上利用Solidworks和Excel数据处理软件绘图确定叶轮出口宽度的大小。

Abstract:In this article, the relationship between the maximum over-current cross-sectional area and the impeller outlet width in axial projection is introduced. The low specific impeller exit width is affected by different calculations and sizes of im-peller covers. Because the justifiability of the flow channel structure design in the impeller is affected by the low specific im- peller exit width, the efficiency of the low specific pump is affected. The low specific impeller exit width is decided accurately by Solidworks and Excel software based on different calculafing.
