自卸车举升机构的失效原因分析及结构优化

摘    要:举升机构是自卸车的重要组成部分,其失效会导致自卸车卸载货物时出现故障,某公司自卸车在客户使用时发现有油缸底座断裂导致举升机构无法正常工作的现象,需针对此问题进行原因分析.运用UG建立三维模型和Workbench软件对机械结构模型进行应力应变分析,得到模型的应力应变图,找出底座局部应力最大位置,提出底座结构的优化方案,对优化后的结构进行测试,验证是否满足安全性能的要求。

Abstract:The hiring mechanism is an important part of the dump truck, and the failure will lead to dump truck unloading goods faihure. A dump truck of one tbund that the lifting mechanism can't work normally because of base fracture, it is neces- sai'y to solve this problem. Aiming at this problem, the 3D model and Workbench software are set to do stress strain analysis for mechanical structure model, then the model of stress strain diagram is got, and the base local stress maximum position are found out, the base structure optimization schemes are put forward, the optimized structure is tested,and it is verified weather it can meet the requirement.
