机电产品表面涂装色差故障分析及控制

摘    要:针对机电产品表面涂装的Ⅱ级精度装饰性要求,对中压开关柜涂装时出现色差,达不到精度要求的问题展开分析,从环氧-聚酯粉末静电涂装时固化温度的均匀性、粉末配方原材料的热稳定性试验,找出了机电产品表面涂装产生色差故障的原因并提出了解决控制措施。

Abstract:In accordance with the Class II required ornamental precision on coating of mechanical and electrical products, the problems on chromatic aberration which can not meet the required precision during coating of mechanical and electrical prod- ucts are analyzed, the reason which causes the chromatic aberration problem on coating is found from the tests on uniformity of curing temperature during electrostatic coating with polyester epoxy powders and the heat stability tests of formulated material of the powders, and the controlling method is provided.
