| 摘 要： | 研究了5-溴-2-甲基苯肼盐酸盐的制备。以对甲苯胺为起始原料,经过硝化、桑德迈尔反应、硝基还原、重氮化溴化、还原成盐5步反应合成目标化合物,总收率达到30%以上。该工艺适合工业化生产。

| Abstract: | A process suitable for large-scale preparation of 5-bromo-2-methyl phenylhydrazine hydrochloride was developed.The title compound was synthesized from p-toluidines via a series of reactions,including nitration,sandmeyer reaction,nitro reduction,diazotization,reduction.The product was obtained in overall yield of 30%. |
