强化长江流域河道采砂现场监管工作对策

河道采砂现场监管工作是河道采砂管理的重要内容。《长江河道采砂管理条例》颁布施行9年来,长江河道采砂现场监管工作取得了显著成效,但还存在着一些问题。提出采取强化合作、打防并举的措施,即要继续依法深化对涉砂船舶的整治管理,继续深入开展水打与陆治相结合工作,继续做好监督检查工作,积极探索流域中小河流河道采砂的规范管理办法和措施,切实维护流域河道采砂管理秩序。
