| 摘 要： | 精益生产方式适应市场经济条件下，现代制造企业先进的组织管理方式。它与传统生产方式相比较，在产品开发、生产管理、质量管理、成本管理、协作配套管理、营销管理等诸多方面都存在重大差异。改变传统的生产方式，推行精益生产方式，提高我国企业现代化管理水平势在必行。

| Abstract: | High efficiency production method is the organized management of modern enterprise adapted the markef economic compared with traditional production method,it is of great difference in production developing, product management, quality management, cost man agement,cooperation and sale management. It is necessay to change the traditional product method and widen high efficiency production method and thus can modernize our enterprise. |
