孝义铝矿革新剥采方法的探讨

摘    要:孝义铝矿采剥方法的初步设计存在着较多的弊端,致使剥岩运距远,运输道路坡度大,外排场地不足而内排条件不成熟。针对这一情况,该矿对初步设计进行了大幅度调整,改变了原来条带式整体剥采,条带式顺序排放的方法,确立了合理分区,重点突破的剥采方法,对影响运距,坡度、内排进程较大的地段进行强剥强采,因而从根本上解决了所存在的问题,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:There were many shortcomings with the initial design of the stripping and mining method in Xiaoyi Bauxite Mine. Those shortcomings had led to long distance of transportation of stripped overburden, greater grading of transportation road, insufficient space for external dumping and immature conditions for internal dumping. In light of these shortcomings, the initial design were intensively and extensively modified. The originally planned overall zonal stripping and the zonal sequential dumping system was modified. A rational zoning and breakthrough oriented stripping and mining system was adopted. Forced stripping and mining were carried out in areas where exert greater influences on transportation distance, grade, and internal dumping progress were expected. As a result, the existent shortcomings are completely eliminated and remarkable economic benefits have been achieved.
