静摩擦因数与表面粗糙度关系的实验分析

摘    要:设计了可进行静摩擦因数测定的实验装置。分别对材料(45钢、HT35—61、QT80-2)在相同加工方法、相同表面纹理、载荷恒定、干摩擦条件下,改变表面粗糙度时的静摩擦因数进行了测定。实验得出静摩擦因数随表面粗糙度的变化关系。

Abstract:In this paper,an experimental device for measuring the static coefficient of friction was designed.Experiments were performed with this device to measure the static coefficient of friction for three kinds of material(45steel,HT35-61,QT80-2) in the same processing method,the same surface texture,the same load,dry friction and different surface roughness conditions respectively.The results of experiment show the relation between static coefficient of friction and surface roughness.
