超细扁平涤纶长丝的研制

摘    要:采用熔体直接纺的工艺路线,成功研制了167dtex/288f超细扁平涤纶全拉伸丝。生产结果表明,选择喷丝板孔的长宽比10/1、圆形排布、喷丝孔长周边对准侧吹风.纺丝温度292℃,油嘴上油方式,合股位置在第一热辊前的生产工艺较为合理,加工的167dtex/288f扁平纤维产品质量稳定,异形效果好,所加工的织物毛直立性好,又具有柔软滑糯的手感。

Abstract:The melt direct spinning is used,the 167 dtex/288 f polyester superfine flat FDY is successfully developed.The results indicate that the orifice of spinneret is in circular distribution and l/d is 10/1,side blowing,spinning temperature 291℃,the nozzle for spin finish and plying located in before the first hot roller.The quality of 167 dtex/288 f flat yarn is stable,the fabric has smooth soft feel.
