大学技术成果转化组织管理的模式及其发展趋势

摘    要:上世纪八十年代以来,以美国为代表的西方高校中涌现出一大批技术成果转化部门,在不同层次上开展了积极而有效的技术成果转化活动,其经济和社会效应受到了理论界广泛的关注和讨论。对美国大学中技术成果转化机制的不同模式及其特点进行了分析,认为美国大学技术成果转化机制已经发展到了更新、更加企业化的模式。在这些新开发的模式中,个人因素和管理因素直接影响到大学技术成果转化部门的绩效,可对我们研究组织和管理大学技术成果转化活动起到重要的借鉴作用。

Abstract:A large number of technology achievements transformation departments have sprung up in the western universities from the 80s of the last century and America is the representative. They unfolded some active and effective transformation activities from different levels and the economic and social effects have been widely discussed by the theoretical circle. This paper analyzes the different patterns and their characteristics of the technology achievements transformation system of the American universities and believes that this system has developed into a newer and more enterprising pattern. In these newly-developed patterns, the personal factors and managerial factors influence the effect of the transformation departments of the universities directly and we can use them for reference to study the organization and management of the technology achievements transformation activities in the universities.
