加工42CrMo深孔中枪钻钻尖的几何参数改进

摘    要:枪钻在加工42CrMo深孔时存在的主要问题有:排屑不通畅、快速磨损。经分析实际加工条件和被加工材料的特征后,修改了原有钻尖的几何参数。经过一系列实验证明:改进后的枪钻寿命提高了2倍多,提高了加工效率。介绍了所改进的钻型、实验过程和结果,并初步分析了排屑机理。

Abstract:Chip evacuation is a serious problem in deep-hole drilling.This problem is intensified in 42CrMo machining,because of its high-tenacity.Based on the experiences accumulated in gundrill geometry design,modifications of the drill point are proposed,adapting to the characteristics of this kind of workpiece and working condition.Experiments and test-run reveal that the tool-life of the drill increases by more than two times in comparison with that of the conventional ones.This paper presents the newly designed drill point and experimental results.Some ideas about the mechanisms of chip breaking are described.
