| 摘 要： | 为解决中小企业设计人员的绩效考核问题,提出一种与产品数据管理(PDM)工作流管理相结合的考核系统设计方法。设计了基于流程管理绩效考核系统模型;考虑到配套企业的特点,引入定制工作流模板思想,并阐述其工作原理;设计了该功能模块与其他功能模块的数据集成接口;研究了系统考核算法。该系统有效解决了设计人员客观自动考核的问题。

| Abstract: | For assessing designers in the medium and small enterprise,proposes a design method of performance-assessment system which combines work-flow management of Product Date Management(PDM).Designs the model of performance assessment based on workflow system,and introduces a customizing workflow template ideal,and designs data integration interface with other function modules.Evaluating arithmetic is studied.The system can effectively improve the impersonality and automatism of assessment. |
