新设备启动过程中的危险点分析及处理对策

摘    要:结合继电保护运行经验,分析了在新设备接入系统启动过程中危险点及其对系统造成的危害,包括线路一次改造后电压互感器(voltage transformer,VT)核相的风险、单母接线变电站设备启动过程的风险、220kV主变压器高压侧电流互感器(current transformer,CT)更换后设备启动过程的风险、母联CT更换后设备启动过程中的风险,并针对上述问题提出了具体的处理对策。

Abstract:Combined with the operational experience in relay protection, this paper analyzes the risk points in the startup of new equipment connected to system and their adverse impact on the system, which include the risks during phase sequence verification of voltage transformer (VT) after primary reconstruction of lines, those during the equipment startup in single- bus scheme substation, those during the equipment startup after replacing the current transformer (CT) on HV side of 220 kV main transformer, and those during the equipment startup after replacing bus-tie CT. Specific countermeasures thereagainst are presented.
