摘    要:针对部分高强工程机械用钢Q690D冲击韧性较低的问题,分析了该钢种的强韧化机制,研究了冷却速率对其组织及冲击韧性的影响.结果表明,钢板以12、14℃/s冷速连续冷却时,形成准多边形铁素体、针状铁素体和板条状贝氏体组织,M/A岛呈微细化、等轴状弥散分布于基体中,钢板的低温冲击韧性较高.

Abstract:To the problem of lower absorbed-in-fracture energy of Q690D high strength engineering machinery steel, its strengthening/toughening mechanism was analyzed. The influence of cooling rate on microstructure and absorbed in-fracture energy was researched. The results shpw that the steel microstructures conclude qua- si-polygonal ferrite, acicular ferrite and lath bainite when the cooling rate are 12℃/s and 14℃/s. The minia ture and equiaxed M/A islands are dispersed in the matrix so that the absorbed-in-fracture energy of the steel is well.
