摘    要:研究了热加工工艺制度对0.23%C-0.60%Si-1.50%Mn-0.44Ceq中低碳钢亚晶组织结构的影响规律.验证了晶内先共析铁素体的析出条件,测定了不同变形温度下试样的应力-应变曲线及动态CCT曲线.分析了变形温度对试样软化率、动态再结晶率、相变温度点、珠光体片间距、铁素体晶粒度,位错密度的影响.

Abstract:The effects of thermal processing technology on microstructure of 0.23%C-- 0.60% Si-1.50% Mn --0.44Ceq intermediate and low carbon Si-Mn steel were researched. The precipitation conditions of intragran ular eutectoid ferrite were verified. The stress-strain curves and CCT curves were obtained. The effects of de formation temperature on softening rate, dynamic recrystallization rate, transformation point, pearlite spacing, ferrite grain size and dislocation density of the sample were analyzed.
