| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种在并行工程环境下,按产品结构树进行铁路货车产品成本估算,实现产品快速报价的方法。先建立产品的结构树,将产品部件分成借用件和新设计件,对于产品设计方案中借用件的成本信息,从企业原有零部件库中调出,对产品结构变动部分的新件进行成本估算,从而确定生产成本,对产品进行快速报价。

| Abstract: | Introduces a quick price quoting method of railway rolling stock products through estimating the product cost. The method establishs the structure tree of the product, then classifies the components of products into two kinds: borrowed ones and new design ones. The cost information of borrowed components can be got from the enterprises components library ,the new designed parts of the product structure varying parts should be estimated firstly, then the cost of the whole product can be quickly quoted. |
