| 摘 要： | UPMIS在中国得到了快速发展，但通过对UPMIS的研究发现，UPMIS在管理机制、信息化标准、信息共享、系统集成、数据更新、三维建模等方面存在一定的问题，针对这些问题，应从电子报批技术、虚拟现实技术、交互式信息共享平台、信息实时更新技术、信息技术法制化等方面对其进行完善。

| Abstract: | Urban planning management information systems (UPMIS) are being developed rapidly across China. These complex and multi-dimensional systems continue to face developmental challenges including:system management, standardized data formats, data sharing, systems integration, data updating, and 3D modeling. UPMIS improvements to address these challenges include: project permitting, virtual technology, an interactive information platform, continuous data updating, and information technology legislation. |
